Ingredients

- 1 package of puff pastry
- 200ml heavy cream
- 100g mascarpone cheese
- 30g powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Seasonal fruits (e.g., raspberries or blueberries)
- Dark chocolate pieces
- Chopped nuts
- White chocolate for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Roll out the puff pastry thinly and cut into strips.
- Wrap the strips around prepared molds to form tubes.
- Bake until golden and crisp, about 15-20 minutes.
- Let the tubes cool completely before filling.
- Whip the heavy cream, mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- Fill the cooled pastry tubes with the cream mixture.
- Garnish with fruits, chocolate, and nuts as desired.
Notes
For the lightest cream, chill everything before whipping. Use homemade molds if you don’t have store-bought ones.
