Description

Delicious cream-filled pastry tubes perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package of puff pastry
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 100g mascarpone cheese
  • 30g powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Seasonal fruits (e.g., raspberries or blueberries)
  • Dark chocolate pieces
  • Chopped nuts
  • White chocolate for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry thinly and cut into strips.
  3. Wrap the strips around prepared molds to form tubes.
  4. Bake until golden and crisp, about 15-20 minutes.
  5. Let the tubes cool completely before filling.
  6. Whip the heavy cream, mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla until soft peaks form.
  7. Fill the cooled pastry tubes with the cream mixture.
  8. Garnish with fruits, chocolate, and nuts as desired.

Notes

For the lightest cream, chill everything before whipping. Use homemade molds if you don’t have store-bought ones.
