Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Add soy sauce, brown sugar, and vinegar to a saucepan.
  2. Stir in minced garlic and optional ingredients like ginger or chili.
  3. Heat over medium heat, stirring to prevent sticking.
  4. Once it starts to boil, simmer for 1-2 minutes until it thickens. Done!

Notes

Store in a sealed jar in the refrigerator for up to three weeks. Can be frozen in small portions.
