Description

Ingredients

  • 100g butter
  • 150g sugar
  • 50g cocoa powder
  • 200g biscuits (any kind)
  • Optional: nuts or coconut flakes
  • Optional: dried fruits or candies

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter with the sugar and cocoa powder in a saucepan over low heat.
  2. Once combined and bubbling, remove from heat and add the milk powder.
  3. Quickly crumble the biscuits into the mixture and stir in any desired add-ins.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a lined loaf pan and press down firmly.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours until set.
  6. Slice and enjoy!

Notes

For a fancier touch, drizzle with chocolate glaze and sprinkle with nuts before serving.
