Murzynek is a simple and delicious chocolate cake that is easy to make and always a hit.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 200 g butter or margarine
- 1.5 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- Optional: vanilla sugar, nuts, chocolate icing
Instructions
- Start by melting the butter with sugar, milk, and cocoa in a saucepan over low heat.
- Once combined, set aside half of the mixture for icing later.
- In the remaining mixture, add eggs and sifted flour with baking powder.
- Pour the batter into a baking pan.
- Bake for about 45-50 minutes at 180°C (350°F), checking with a toothpick for doneness.
- Spread the reserved icing over the warm cake.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
Ensure ingredients are at room temperature for a fluffier cake. Do not substitute butter with oil, as it may affect texture.
