- 200g sausage, sliced
- 150g bacon, diced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 bay leaf (optional)
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Soak the beans overnight, then cook in fresh water until tender.
- In a separate pot, fry the bacon and sausage until browned.
- Add the onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in the tomato paste and spices.
- Combine the mixture with the beans and simmer together for a few minutes to meld the flavors.
- Adjust seasoning as necessary before serving.
